Delivery time depend where you live and local UPS Schedule. You should expect to receive your package within one to five business days from shipment date. Shipping Charge depends on which service you choose and your address. If your order contains perishables and you live in the states indicated below, we recommend that you choose UPS

Our Rates:
Our website is designed to know the package weight before it is even prepared. How? We are able to transfer that data with and give us the exact cost it costs us to send out this package. Meaning depending on the weight of the package and destination of the package UPS will quote a shipping cost and that is how much we charge our customers the same amount.

Why We Don't Have Free Shipping:

We have received this question many times and the answer is simple. Other stores are able to provide "Free Shipping" because their profit margins on the products are high. If you compare our prices with other stores our prices are usually cheaper. Although it is a good way to win customers and seems to work quite well we just don't do it. We charge our customers the exact fee UPS charges us so this way it’s fair for us and our customers especially because the numbers are straight forward.

Perishable Items:
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days. Please note that if you place an order containing perishables after Thursday, your package might be sent on the first business day in the following week in order to prevent damage and spoilage in the carrier’s warehouses. We prefer to keep the packages in our refrigerated warehouse instead of UPS Stations for your convenience.
Tracking Orders:

Customers can track their shipments from My Account. Once they log in and view the order they have made, there will be hyperlink with the Tracking Number, by clicking on the link our website will send you to with the tracking information already entered in. All you have to do is view where it is.


you may track your shipment manually after you receive shipping confirmation email which includes UPS tracking number by using www.UPS.comor by calling 1 800-PICK-UPS for your shipment status.

Receiving Your Order:

If you have not received your order within 7 business days please contact We will trace your shipment with UPS. You should be contacted within 24 hours with an answer. If it is confirmed that your package is lost, we will either replace it, or, credit the amount to your credit card. The items with physical damage will be replaced with the same item excluding perishable items. DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE(S), if you received item(s) that you did not order. Your correct selection will be shipped when we receive the item unopened.
Shipping to different locations: makes it easy to ship an order to an alternate location. This feature is particularly useful if you have elderly parents you are taking care of, children in different areas of the country going to school, or if you’re going on vacation and want supplies there when you arrive.
You only need to change the "ship to" address for a particular order. Please remember that your billing address must be exactly as your credit card company has it. Any discrepancy will delay your order. It's that simple.
Re-Scheduling the delivery
you can change the delivery date on any order that has not yet been shipped by calling Customer Service. Package re-routing may delay the packages arrival depending on the new destination.

When sending to a residential address, the standard practice is to leave the package at the door if no one is home. If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, you should inform us when you place an order. A signature is required for all packages sent to an office, a college dorm, a hotel room etc. If you request for signature proof and no one is home when UPS delivers the package, the courier will take the package back to local UPS Station and it will be the recipient’s responsibility to pick it up or schedule a redelivery. Please note that UPS does not keep the packages refrigerated and is not responsible for any delays and spoilage.
