Producted by cold pressing of the worldwide famous, selected Ayvalik olives and stored and rested in special tanks till the orecipitate generates at the bottom of the tank. The oil is just bottled without any further filtration and this it has the richest aromatic and fruity taste and flavor. It containes pieces of olive as a result of its natural content. It is therefore by its nature, taht it does not have clear appearance and have precipitate at the bottom. Due to its rich fruity taste and flavor, it creates excellent tastes when used as uncooked.
